Public Posture Programs 
 Instructor Guided Program 
  This self-paced, Online Public Posture Program has been
 specially  designed to teach consumers like you how to analyze and 
correct your own  posture and body alignment. You will learn proper 
movement principles; whether  exercising, at work, or performing 
Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s). This  self-study program prepares 
you to examine posture in its many forms.  Additional
 discussion topics will  include the anatomy behind posture and how to 
prevent common injuries to the  low back, shoulders, and cervical/neck 
regions.
